**Facilities Coordinator - Social Enterprise**

**Social enterprise looking for a Facilities Coordinator, with minimum 2 years’ experience, to join their committed and friendly team.**

This busy and diverse social enterprise are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their Property & Facilities team of 7. This is a key role ensuring the smooth everyday running of a variety of spaces, both residential and commercial, including a conferencecentre. Liaising with customers and tenants, overseeing and monitoring performance of contractors, keeping systems updated, preparing reports and processing paperwork, getting quotes, invoicing and managing budgets are just a few of the day-to-day tasks thisrole requires.

You will have excellent communications skills in order to make sure everyone is receiving regular updates and to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
