Your key responsibilities will include:

- Being the voice of excellence as a brand ambassador.
- Handling incoming and follow-up customer interactions with efficiency.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints with assured professionalism.
- Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty with every contact.
- Collaborating to achieve broader business goals, and contributing to a team-spirited environment.
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to guarantee understanding and provide clear solutions.
- Committing to a 'right first time' approach, cementing customer trust.

What you'll need:

- A stellar track record in customer service is a plus.
- Top-notch communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to collective success.

You'll be expected to work a full-time schedule, 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends and some late shifts until around 20:00. In return, a starting salary of £21,902, plus bonuses and attractive benefits, await you.

**Salary**: From £21,902.00 per year
