As a Services Team Leader, you are motivated and organised, and you would thrive on having a wide variety of tasks; no day is the same. The purpose of this role is to support the services manager to ensure needs are met as required across stores, tooling, and facilities.

You're not the type to lack attention to detail. The role isn't easy, but in this role, you will react to issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you'll be part of a growing organisation.

Leading a team of 5, your day-to-day activities will include overseeing the running of the depot, tooling, and stores. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and sustain long-term goals and objectives. It is crucial that you and your team members fully comply with the requirements of the business quality system, group standards, as well as any other relevant documents that contribute to the effective operation of the site.

This role is intended to support the services manager in meeting the required needs across stores, tooling, and facilities. Customer focus is an essential aspect of this position, and you will be accountable for your actions and their impact on the customer experience.

- 1 year advanced IT skills
- 2 years leadership and people management
- 2 years experience working in a fast paced environment within heavy industry
