As an Employment Services Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated group of Employment Specialists, ensuring they implement the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model for clients with health-related needs. Your role will encompass supervision, professional development, and management of caseloads to uphold exceptional service quality in accordance with Fidelity standards. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with health support requirements in obtaining sustainable employment that aligns with their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training and development initiatives.
