**Role Purpose**

As the first point of contact, you will manage customer interactions through various communication channels, providing comprehensive administrative support. Your role is to deliver efficient, responsive, and customer-focused services. You'll handle enquiries related to housing rent, repairs, tenancy, and estate management, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers at Reception, managing enquiries and directing them to the appropriate colleagues.
- Monitor and manage visitor access, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Support residents in using the Tuntum website and portal for self-service.
- Administer payments via Allpay/Callpay, manage direct debits, and order payment cards.
- Collaborate with colleagues, residents, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and data management in compliance with GDPR.
- Engage proactively with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and support tenant engagement activities.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a proactive and positive individual with a good level of written and spoken English. You should have a basic understanding of housing associations and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within housing or council environments, is desirable. You will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure. Being resident-focused, calm, and methodical, you will excel at engaging with our diverse residents and managing their expectations. Your ability to put residents first, even under pressure, and use your initiative will be key to your success in this role.
