About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Night Services team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and stakeholders, while also gaining valuable experience and skills through our Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders through face-to-face, written, and telephone contact.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship program to gain industry knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 16 years old by August.
  • Maths and English qualifications at grade C/5 or above.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
