Job Purpose:
A core member of the Data Science and Analytics team, this role’s goal is to work closely with Data Scientists to generate insights, define strategies and work with global stake holders to drive digital platform effectiveness, lead generation and new customer acquisition.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data-driven tactics to improve customer acquisition and lead generation, through the use of various digital platforms and experiential channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Work with the digital and events teams in the development of customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement of success.
- Monitor and analyze digital platform performance, including website and social media analytics, to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance to key stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and customer acquisition to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in digital marketing efforts across different regions and markets
- Partner with Data Scientists to develop and implement predictive models that identify potential sources of new customers and improve targeting efforts

Qualification & Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Experience working with CRM tools and particularly Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience developing and implementing digital campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement of success.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and tools, including website and social media analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in digital marketing efforts across different regions and markets.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and data security
