As we continue to experience exponential growth in the past few months, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Online Reputations Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in maximising our online presence across various platforms, making it a vital component in our continued success.

As the Online Reputations Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our online presence while also working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure that our online reputation remains positive and any negative comments or feedback are addressed promptly and resolved.

**You will**:

- Monitor the Company’s online presence and social media accounts, including comments, feedback and reviews
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the Company’s online reputation
- Address any negative reviews and comments promptly
- Work closely with the Marketing department to create and optimise content to improve the Company’s visibility online
- Report directly into the Pricing, Revenue and Margin manager once a week delivering KPI’s as set out by this team especially related to ratings and reviews for all listings.
- Collaborate holistically with the Marketing department to ensure consistent and concise messaging is delivered across all platforms
- Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback and provide insights to the management team
- Solid understanding of SERP and OTA's and other social media platforms, blogs and online PR and related SEO

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
- 2+ years of experience in online reputation management or a related field
- Strong understanding of Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews etc and their impact on online reputation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £25,169.00 per year
