Rate of Pay: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour

Pension: Employers Pension

To provide full administrative support to the operations team with the primary role of working alongside the customer service department in providing an effective and professional service to our customers.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**

**NI Applicatants Only**
- ACCOUNTS DATA INPUT VIA HANSA (in-house system) - like SAGE (overview training given)
- Data entry & order approval.
- Raising invoices.
- Prepping VAT returns for accounting and quarterly submission.
- Scheduling costings, paying bills.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Filing of orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and facilitate efficient organisational operations and processes.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES**
- To carry out other duties and reasonable requests as identified by management, including assisting other personnel with workloads and covering for holidays / absenteeism
- Processing Payroll and PAYE.
- At least 2 years ACCOUNTS - BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCED.
- Be reliable with the ability to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required i.e., Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Filing and reception duties
- Excellent communication skills both verbal/written with a polite, courteous, and professional telephone manner.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £18,112.75-£30,322.60 per year
