Our client is seeking to recruit a Part TimePricing Administrator, you will be joining a company who are a leading multi-disciplinary chartered building, civil engineering, manufacturing and facilities management company.A company whose core value of quality is at the heart of what they do. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks such as collating order and sales data, along with any other general admin tasks or duties required to support a busy office. You will be the face of the company dealing with any incoming queries and requests. Main duties will include but not limited to: Processing Orders for the factory floor. Pricing / Quoting jobs, Bill of Quantities Dealing with customers who phone in. Liaising with the surveyor for info on jobs Contacting Suppliers (For prices were applicable) or specifications. Desired criteria: Educated to at least GCSE level Experience with Microsoft software (particularly Excel) At least 1 year experience in an administrative role At least 1 year experience in a sales / customer service role Experience in a pricing administration role Working Hours will be Monday-Thursday 1-5pm, Friday 11am-3pm, with ability to be flexible during busy periods.
