**Head of Partner Services - Nisa**
£118,000 to £128,000 + excellent benefits, including up to 10% employer pension contributions, private healthcare, an annual incentive scheme (based on personal and business performance) and a company car or £8,000 car allowance (Work Level 3)
UK-based, with regular travel to our offices and Nisa stores across the country

We’re looking for a Head of Partner Services to join us at Nisa and be accountable for the delivery of a high quality service to our independent retailers and partners. In this role you’ll help to set the strategic direction of Nisa via our 5-year business plan; making sure we deliver commercial success in line with the wider Co-op vision and values.

Working closely with your colleagues in the Nisa Senior Leadership team, you’ll be accountable for shaping the future direction of our Format & Development, Logistics & Supply Chain and Central Operations teams. We’ll also look to you to own our third-party logistics contract and build positive relationships with the relevant external partners.

**What you’ll do**
- Be accountable for the delivery of integration benefits in our non-commercial teams
- Work as part of the Nisa Senior Leadership team to set the strategic direction of Nisa via the 5-year business plan
- Be accountable for delivering high quality format and development, stock control, logistics, supply chain, and partner support services
- Lead, coach, and develop your team; helping to promote an inclusive colleague experience
- Provide contingency cover/deputisation support to our Managing Director at Nisa

**This role would suit people who have**
- Experience as the senior leader of multi-disciplinary teams, and contractual partners
- Experience managing large budgets and commercial P&Ls
- The ability to design and deliver impactful mid to long-term strategies
- The ability to deliver on short-term objectives within a constantly evolving and fast-paced market
- Good relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
