**Join our team of Changemakers and empower our retail partners to maximise customer engagement as a Paid Social Specialist in our Media Strategy Team.**
**About the Role**
Working with high street and eCommerce brands, you'll be accountable for client campaign performance across paid social and display channels, achieving this by ensuring that client delivery teams have the technology, processes and strategic support necessary to maximise customer engagement and ROI.
This is a channel specialist role helping existing and prospective Summit clients realise their paid social potential through ensuring teams deliver best in class strategies and campaigns. Some of the ways you'll contribute to the team is by:
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Paid Media and wider team to plan, launch, deliver and measure paid social and programmatic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, GDN and Amobee platforms to meet campaign objectives for Summit marketing clients.
- Owning the onboarding process of new platforms including (but not limited to) TikTok, Snapchat and Sky AdSmart to ensure a smooth integration into our campaign planning.
- Working with our Design Studio Team to propose creative concepts to our clients and ensure ad creatives are adhering to best practice.
- Stay abreast of news & trends across our industry and update key stakeholders of any relevant developments that will impact performance or best practice.
- Conducting internal training, in collaboration with People Teams, across paid social and display marketing to grow the support network and develop the skills of new and existing team members.
**About You**
With strong knowledge of managing paid social strategies and a minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, programmatic display and other relevant channels in either a client or agency environment, you'll be self-motivated, willing to learn and improve and have the ability to adapt to situations and work with teams effectively. Together with:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, both with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Experience of analysing performance issues and opportunities, including implementation of recommendations.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of working with multiple analytical platforms, in particular GA and Adobe, and needs mínimal support in the use of these.
- Proficient with Facebook Business Manager, GDN and programmatic partners such as DV360 and Amobee.
- Experience of working alongside other departments to deliver new technologies that complement our marketing services offering.
- Confident using data and analytics to inform decisions and make persuasive arguments.
