Senior Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Strategist to join our team at Summit, a leading digital marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing paid social media campaigns that drive results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling pitches.
- Own the delivery of training across paid social media, ensuring all training requirements are met and defining training plans for teams and new starters.
- Develop relationships with social media platforms to stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices.
- Actively engage with senior account managers to determine where there are overflow opportunities to support with delivery challenges and ensure best practice implementation.
- Highlight opportunities to engage with clients to open new media spend on social channels.
- Oversee the performance team from a BAU execution perspective to ensure our BAU is best in class.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of paid social media marketing and a proven track record of delivering results. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and clients.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, up to 29 days' holiday per year, and a bonus scheme based on company profits.
