We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our team at tmwi. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated social strategies, building campaigns, and optimising to ensure we exceed client KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing paid social strategies, aligned with wider integrated campaigns to meet our client objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on paid social media performance using in-platform analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as part of the integrated channel reporting.
  • Managing budget allocation and daily campaign optimisation in line with agreed client KPIs.
  • Aligning all content and copy across social channels to ensure a consistent message across the entire customer journey.
  • Regular competitor analysis across clients in order to positively challenge and refine the strategy.
  • Supporting new business opportunities and pitches, providing paid social media strategy and insight.
  • Staying abreast of new technologies and industry advancements to ensure tmwi is always ahead of the market trends.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ideal 3-4 years of experience running paid social campaigns within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in growing paid social campaigns for brands across a range of categories.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and process-driven with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Expert knowledge in running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional knowledge of running full-funnel campaigns against all objectives – awareness, consideration, and purchase.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Developing a solid relationship with our clients through regular communication, supported by the client services team.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Google Analytics.
  • Passionate about the digital industry, especially social.
