**Summary**
SAP Global Security’s mission is to reinforce a security-first culture by aligning people, processes, and technology to protect customer data and assets. The SAP Security Policy & Standards team is looking an Information Security Compliance Senior Specialist (f/m/d) who wants to join our journey towards continuously improving our policies and standards to further increase our security posture across the enterprise. **The Role**
- You will Manage the Security Policy & Standards Framework Lifecycle to ensure documents are reviewed and updated in accordance with regulatory and other requirements.
- You will work in collaboration with the Global Labor Relations and Legal teams to support the review and approval of security documentation.
- You will help drive workshops with the Lines of Business and Subject Matter Experts to develop new security documentation to meet our compliance goals and objectives.
- You will facilitate the identification of new compliance KPIs and establish continuous monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders.
- You will leverage your background and industry experience to actively contribute to our NIST Cyber Security Framework Program

**Role Requirements**
- At least 10 years of experience in Compliance or Audit roles directly related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions.
- University Degree preferred (e.g. Risk Management, Cyber Security, Finance, or Business Administration)
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISA are a plus.
- Experience with leading industry security standards, associated controls, and audit requirements for compliance.
- Experience with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks and NIST controls.
- Experience working with virtual teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
