An exciting opportunity for an L & D Administrator to join our long established client in Aberdeen on a temporary basis.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Our client is in the process of transferring competency information from one database to another and need someone to focus on:

- Extracting completed assessment information from PDF and Word sources and transfer them to an Excel template
- Supporting the ongoing data transfer into the new software package
- Scanning and processing of assessment evidence where relevant

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Essential - Ability to use Word and Excel at an intermediate level
- Computer literate
- Organised with a keen eye for detail

**Job Type**: Temporary
