**£45,000 - £55,000 plus 10% bonus**

REED Technology are delighted to be working with a global technology company based in Swindon who are looking to recruit a new Application Support Manager as part of their recent growth.

You will be working for an organisation who are world leaders in what they do and create platforms using forward-thinking and progressive technology and processes to ensure customer service excellence.

**What will you be doing?**
- Leading and coordinating all serious Incidents, including major Incidents whist on your shift (days only)
- Effective Monitoring of Systems and Platforms
- Documenting and conducting regular team 1-2-1’s; Goals, Objectives, & Development Plans
- Contributing to and facilitating proactive initiatives and projects initiated within your team
- Participating in recruitment and onboarding within your team

**What experience do you need?**
- Demonstratable problem solving and ownership skills
- SQL - experience in writing and using SQL queries
- Linux/Unix - Ability to navigate file system and interrogate/edit files
