And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a **People Operations Coordinator** to join our **People** team as part of the **Strategy division**.

**Title: People Operations Coordinator**

**Salary: £30,000 per annum**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)**

**Location**:Hybrid between home and head office in Hampstead, London**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the People team as we develop our new People Strategy.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, in this role you will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, from induction to leaver, including:

- managing the onboarding and contractual changes process
- being a first point of contact for all People Operations related queries and provide professional advice, guidance and support to managers and staff on our benefits, policies, and procedures.
- with the People Operations Manager, ensuring our payroll is completed accurately
- maintaining and managing the HR system, ensuring the data is entered and accurate
- providing scheduled and ad hoc People reports
- supporting our People Business Partners Line with employee relations issues
- and as a member of the People team, assisting in team projects

A sound understanding of MS computer packages is essential, as well as accuracy and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Previous experience in collating data and reporting would be an advantage
