About the role
As People Operations Coordinator you’ll be providing the administrative support that enables our daily People Department operations. You are at the ‘heart’ of our organization, keeping accurate HR records, answering queries promptly, supporting new hires during onboarding, and collaborating with other teams, including Talent Acquisition. In addition to this you will also be working as the ‘brain’, researching, analysing and interpreting data, identifying process flaws, proposing improvements, and ensuring the company complies with regulations to reduce liability risk.

About you
- You’re a intelligent thinker, dynamic with an interest in the world of Human Resources (People).
- You love analysis, enjoying interpreting and presenting your results.
- You’re process driven with ability to identify where these can be improved.
- You LOVE ‘automation’ - you may like to see yourself as a bit of a ‘geek’.
- You pride yourself in producing high quality work, you’ve got strong attention to detail.
- You have solid experience in administration tasks and keen to take on greater responsibility in terms of administration and coordination for a department.
- You’re super organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
- You’ve learnt how to prioritise and able to set expectations using clear communication.
About Us
At VIRTUS Data Centres, we’re a fast-paced growing organisation within the sector that underpins ALL of the technology growth we see around us. Welcome to Data Centres. As of now we employ around 200 people working across various department but with a significant proportion based in Operations and Engineering. As for where this role sites; you’ll work within our busy the People Team, reporting to our awesome People Operation Managers, working with Senior People Partners, L&D and Talent Acquisition as well as playing a key role in supporting our colleagues around the business.
