Role Overview

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bridebook. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting employees and managers with various HR tasks, ensuring that policies and practices align with organisational goals while maintaining employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Process monthly Payroll with support from our outsourced provider.
  • Responsible for accurate records held on our systems (Humaans, Leapsome) ensuring integrity at all times.
  • Provide support to employees with company policies, practices, and processes; create new ones where required.
  • Implement various initiatives through managers (Absence, Performance Management, Salary Reviews, and Employee Engagement, DEI etc.).
  • Prepare and monitor people data, providing reports and analytics to the People team.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases in the UK.
  • Support the delivery of People and Culture projects.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and people processes.
  • Previous experience within HR Generalist, HR Operations or People Operations roles (i.e. non-recruitment roles).
  • Experience managing one or more key parts of the People lifecycle, e.g. Employee Relations, Performance Management, etc.
  • Proficient and comfortable using HR systems, people analytics and analysis, producing required stats and ad hoc reports.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced growing environment.
  • Executing services to internal customers within an acceptable time and to a high standard ensuring all legal requirements are adhered to.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple countries/regions remotely is desirable but not essential.
