We are looking for Nursing Associates to work in our District Nursing teams over a seven day period with set shifts as follows 08.00hrs - 16.00hrs, 10.00hrs - 18.00hrs or 08.00 - 18.00hrs. Our teams are led by our incredibly experienced and supportive District Nurse Team Leads, all of whom obtain their specialist qualification in District Nursing. As well as working alongside your District nursing team colleagues, you will also work alongside and an array of speciality teams such as our Care Connection Team, Palliative Care Specialist team, Tissue Viability Team, Rapid Response Teams, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to name but a few; however, all of whom work collaboratively to ensure individualised patient centred care.

Hillingdon is the second largest London borough by area, located 14 miles west of central London. As we have Heathrow airport in our boundaries, it is that that we are the gateway to the UK It has been acknowledged that the borough of ‘Hillingdon is where town and meet’ due to our vast acreage of woodland, country parks, fields, farms, rivers and canals.
