Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and working at our Corby site._

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a People Advisor

You will provide specialist and commercial HR advice in a personal way, delivering efficient support and guidance to managers, employees, and HR Business Partners in a seamless fashion.

**_This role will have a key focus on managing the HRIS (Success Factors - SAP) requirements for the Advisory team, data quality management and tier one employee relations cases._**

**What you will do**
- Work closely with the Senior Advisors, manage the Success Factors change requirements for the Advisory team.
- Take ownership of the data quality process for the Advisory team and ensure there is a regular monthly cadence around this
- Responsible for the accurate reporting of cases and using insight to identify opportunities for improvements to current practice and policy
- Interact with managers (our customers) in a personalised and timely way ensuring a great customer experience

**A bit about you**
- HRIS experience, with success factors being an advantage
- Microsoft savvy
- Generalist HR experience is desirable
- Pragmatic and flexible in approach with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and across teams
