**Position Summary**

Coordination and processing of all transport modes, dealing with all types of shipping documentation for customs clearance. Provide logistics solutions, guidance and commercial support to our client base, including identification of any customs specific regulations or requirements relating to importing goods from the relevant countries, in line with client directives and PFS standard operating procedures.
- Booking of shipments with overseas agents, carriers, shipping lines and road transport companies
- Ensure data fully and accurately entered all systems in accordance with company best practice
- Process all clients import requests including EXW collections, import declarations and delivery arrangements
- Process customs declarations through ASM Sequoia software in accordance with instructions and HMRC compliance
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HM Revenue & Customs regulations
- Timely invoicing of jobs in line with KPI
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings to discuss current workload or any other relevant information
- Resolving day to day issues with Clients and Vendors including to include escalation to Import Manager
