Wedding Co-ordinator

A great opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Wedding Co-ordinator to join our Events Team at Maryculter House, Aberdeen, located on the banks of the River Dee.

You will be the main point of contact for all wedding bookings and be crucial to convert enquiry through to a signed contract. You should have a proven track record of working with your clients to negotiate, establish and coordinate their perfect day.

Attention to detail is paramount and you will have experience in putting together highly efficient events that deliver the expectations of our couples and their families.

Ideally you will of held a similar role within the Hospitality Industry, ideally within a hotel environment. Wedding coordination is pinnacle to this role so applicants should be able to demonstrate the relevant experience.

You should also have a clear understanding of sales strategy and be comfortable making decisions.

Above all Maryculter House is an independent business so personality is an important aspect to joining our already established team.

You will work 5 days out of 7, and weekend work will be required as by the needs of the business.

Please note that Maryculter House is not serviced by public transport.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
