The ideal individual would have had at least 1-2+ years of external agencyrecruitment experience as well as working within a 360 recruitment role. [ The role ]
- Development of new and existing business to maximise relationship and potential cross selling within the company
- Lead generation
- Resourcing vacancies from initially beingpicked up through to delivery and after service
- Meeting clients face to face to sell services and secure new business
- Successfully securing PSL business and winning tenders

[ Person and skills required ]
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience within agency recruitment
- Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
- A quality driven approach to business being a complete finisher
- Enthusiastic and willingness to succeed
- Hunger to perform at the highest levels
