About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team at Vantage Consulting. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within a specialist market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess job specifications and create compelling job advertisements
  • Qualify and screen candidates through phone and video interviews
  • Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and candidates, fostering strong relationships
  • Gain in-depth market knowledge and leverage it to grow market share
  • Pitch for retained business, showcasing your expertise and value proposition
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a driven, personable, and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and recruitment. While sales experience is beneficial, it is not essential. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • A thirst for knowledge and self-development, with a desire to continuously improve
  • Creativity and a willingness to innovate, thinking outside the box to solve problems
