**The Role**
Reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible for the training, development and leadership of a growing national sales team, selling market leading fire and security systems into large, commercial end-user customers, system integrators and distributors.
Key tasks will include: completing a thorough review of your resources, to ensure that you have the right team, systems and processes in place to capitalise on exciting new commercial opportunities, that have been created through the businesses significantinvestment in new product development.
**The Person**
You will be an experienced and inspirational sales manager, well used to developing your team and leading them to exceed expectations.
Experience of Fire and/or Security products and systems is highly desirable but is not essential.
You will be:

- Strategically and tactically strong, well-used to developing and successfully delivering sales strategies
- A team player, who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- An excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels
- A charismatic and inspirational sales leader
