Our client, based in the Accrington area is a fast-growing social enterprise that provides quality home care services to older adults committed to providing personalised and compassionate care that enables their clients to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
- This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid/remote role._

As **Digital Marketing Manager**, you must have excellent reporting and measurement skills, with the ability to draw insight from data (across multiple platforms) to inform the wider team, future campaigns, and platform improvements.

The ideal **Digital Marketing Manager** you should have a lead-centric mindset, be detail orientated, highly collaborative and organised, have website and digital marketing implementation and management experience, and be accustomed to performance measured by results.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Although these can vary depending on the developments and the needs of the business, the core responsibilities include:

- Develop digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote services.
- Manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with PR/Communications Manager to create engaging digital content.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management.
- Stay current with latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of developing websites
- Experience in using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software (desirable).
- Wide range of knowledge & best practice in the digital space (required).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change within the business as it grows and evolves

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable)
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving results
- Experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
