Bensons for Beds is looking for a new Ecommerce Manager to join our team based in Accrington. Working on across a 6 month fixed term contract, your role will to be an integral part of Commercial marketing team.

Who do we want?

Essential Experience

Minimum 2 years working in an ecommerce environment. Experience working with Shopify and confident to manage all elements of the back office. Experience using content management systems such as Shogun. Experienced in using Google Analytics to analysis with ability to generate actionable insight. Great communicator with the ability to craft copy in a set tone of voice.

So what will you do?

Responsible for managing the evesleep.co.uk website in partnership with the commercial and digital marketing teams. Execute the promotional plan and manage the onsite merchandising to ensure we are beating the commercial targets. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through UX / UI enhancements. Support new product and service launches. Contribute to the weekly commercial sessions providing input from a digital perspective. Form strong relationships with the broader digital / commercial / marketing / IT teams to ensure you can deliver the change required. Experience using other ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce Project management experience launching new websites Working with 3rd party agencies
