The Property Maintenance Administrator, at Move With Us (part of Simplify), works as part of the busy and friendly Property Sales Probate team.

With training provided, you’ll be tasked with the following role responsibilities:

- Delivering effective communication to clients and contractors
- Receiving and understanding instructions from the client
- Booking contractors to attend the Repossession/ Maintenance works
- Meet clients expectations to ensure all accounts are met to their satisfaction
- Supplying comprehensive reports with supporting photographs
- Promote Move With Us services to new and existing clients
- Introducing new contractors to the Move With Us panel

Managing their tasks in an exemplary manner, encompassing best practices and ensuring targets and SLAs are achieved, the Property Maintenance Administrator is a highly valued member of the team

**Please note: this opportunity is available on a 6 month fixed term contract. Whilst an extension is possible, and there will likely be other opportunities available within the department when the contract ends, we cannot guarantee a permanent position at this stage.**

**REQUIREMENTS**

And now for the nitty gritty:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have strong administration skills and be confident juggling multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.

Your IT proficiency will include the full Microsoft suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook), databases and spreadsheets, with an aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly

You should have some experience of working within a busy, target driven environment, and have some knowledge of the property and mortgage lending industry, or at least be able to demonstrate this is something you have a real interest in and are seriously considering as a career pathway.
