Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary assistance
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of computerized accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

**Salary**: £20,518.00-£21,544.00 per year
