**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
- Excellent knowledge of woodworking hand tools and power tools
- Willingness to travel and work on different construction sites.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Must live in Northern Ireland
- Must speak English.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous construction site experiences would be an advantage.
- A clean driving licence (not strictly required) would be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Assist with construction and maintenance projects
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

**Package**
- **From £14 to £17.00 per hour**, depending upon experience
- Generous overnight allowance paid
- Company pension contribution
- 29 days holidays
- All “staying away” accommodation costs paid
- All site power tools provided.
- Full PPE supplied
- All necessary site safety training provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week

- Joinery: 3 years (required)
- Carpentry: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
