**Finance Administrator**
**Cadent Sourcing is partnering with the leading Irish commercial insurance broker with over 20 years of experience providing cost-effective, tailor-made insurance solutions and services to a broad range of business sectors. Strategic global partnerships deliver worldwide insurance services.**
**We are seeking a Finance Administrator who wants to join a committed organization and dynamic team in Cavan's office.**
**Requirements**:
- 2 years’ experience in a finance administration role, preferably in Insurance Broking but not essential
- **ATI or similar qualification**:
- Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook)
- Well organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with good presentation ability
- A team player who is solution-driven and who will work on their own initiative.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reconciliation of insurance company statements within the agreed credit terms.
- Liaising with insurance companies and staff regarding account queries.
- Maintenance of hard and soft copy files.
- Preparing cheques and cash lodgements for the bank.
- Processing of month end on Relay system.
- Completion of bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with group financial reporting on month-end management accounts.
- Ordering of stationery, canteen & general office supplies.
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
