We are recruiting a Customer Service & Invoicing Administrator to join our team based in Fishponds Bristol set within a busy electrical distribution hub.

What will you be doing in this role? As a Customer Service & Invoicing Administrator at Termination Technology, it will your responsibility to liaise with a variety of customers via various communication methods.

The role involves dealing with general enquiries, chasing purchase order numbers for chargeable work,, processing order acceptances and invoicing the client.

Required skills and experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with all customers in a busy and high pace environment.
- Working under pressure whilst maintaining a calm presence.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with a keen eye for noticing incorrect info.
- Good logical problem solving skills
- Experienced and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Sage 50 or 200 would be highly desirable.

Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
