**The Role**:
As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be involved in delivering high-quality customer service for their varied and growing customer base. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, highly motivated, numerate, organised, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. This is a growing business and you will be expected to use your skills to help build on both our fantastic retention rates but also our ambitious business plans. **Responsibilities**:
On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with enquiries from customers relating to their motor, home and equine insurances whilst liaising with underwriters to obtain terms, and building lasting relationships. You will be responsible for updating the customer relationship management tool with your customer interactions and ensuring you have met internal and external quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work with all areas of the business, to understand their varied demographic of customers and their different needs.

**The Person**:

- Pro-active and enthusiastic
- Good communication with customers and colleagues both verbal and written
- Ability to use your own initiative but you also know when to seek support
