**Distribution Coordinator**:
We are currently looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join our centre in Coventry in the permanent capacity.

The team dispatch a wide variety of materials to our UK and International customers. As a Distribution Coordinator you'll support the line manager with a wide variety of activities and help ensure KPIs are met.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking for a new opportunity as a **Distribution Coordinator.**

You will work out of our new Coventry CV2 distribution facility (CV2 2SS).

This is a day shift role - working Monday to Friday. You will work 7 hours per day between the hours of 7am and 5pm. We work shifts so your shift may be 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am -5pm.

Our small distribution centre is accessible by public transport and also there is an onsite free carpark there.

This appointment will be made on merit.

**About the role**:
As Distribution Coordinator you will provide operational support to our Distribution Manager and help ensure operational best practice. You will support and lead on non-standard service provision and key customer management activities. This role will be cross functional and will require you to be comfortable in both main areas - Pre-Supply and Business as Usual.

You will consistently deliver excellent customer service and share best practice processes, which will result in an improvement in customer and operation teams’ knowledge and will deliver efficiencies for non-standard service provision. It will be your responsibility to ensure processes and procedures are defined, maintained, improved, and cascaded to staff. You will also provide expertise and guidance on the resolution of non-routine system and service queries so that users are given the appropriate support to carry out their work effectively.

**About you**:
This is a hands on role, that will require work a blend of office based work and working within the distribution centre itself. Resilience, the ability to work in fast pace environment and strong interpersonal skills are a key to success in this role. Additionally, a good knowledge and understanding of distribution, stock control, and warehousing would be useful.

You will need excellent planning and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work alone as well as part of a team. You should be comfortable working with data and statistical information and good working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous too.
