**Description**:
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading provider of mobile workforce management apps, in the recruitment of a Technical Customer Service role.

Working in a small, dedicated and established team, you will be first point of contact for customers queries (both new and existing customers).

Key duties include:

- Assisting the Business Development Director and technical team with current pre-sales activities and post-sales / customer support
- The generation of digital job sheets and other forms based on paper originals supplied by current and potential
- Configuring systems to customer requirements
- Assistance in the support and maintenance of existing systems; digital PDF forms, including fault finding and rectification, plus the interpretation and delivery of customer enhancement
- Demonstrating our Motivity Workforce system to prospective customers

Essential requirements:

- Previous work experience, including customer
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive and good at managing their own time

Desirable requirements:

- Cloud based / web systems; Android and iOS apps
- PDF formatting tools (such as Nitro PDF / Adobe) / MS Office software
- Service management / field service software
- Working in field service environment / company
