A fantastic opportunity, to join our Maintenance Team for London's Leading Estate Agent, supporting and helping tenants with any maintenance issues. In this role, you will work alongside the Property Management teams and contractors, ensuring that everything is dealt with quickly and efficiently. **Hours**: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

**Location**: TW13

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work to Dexters operational processes and service standards.
- Liaising with tenants and property managers to arrange minor repairs with contractors.
- Updating system with concise and accurate notes. Ensure works orders are produced and all works are followed through to completion and tenants kept fully up-to-date.
- Raising works orders for contractors.
- Day to day troubleshooting any maintenance issues, with managed properties.
- Arranging gas safety’s for properties to ensure we are compliant as a business.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with previous customer service experience.
- Initiative to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Being able to work individually as well as part of a team.

**Skills**
- Clear and Confident telephone manner.
- Friendly and polite with a positive ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach.
- Hardworking.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and prioritise accordingly.
- Methodical.
