We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking individual to join our team who will be instrumental in managing and developing Reward’s growing estate of international portfolio of retail clients.

You’ll be managing blue chip retail relationships, and at various management levels - each day will bring a new and exciting challenge.

The Global Retail Partnership Director will play a key role in defining and executing on the strategy to give value back to cardholders through our banking channels and ultimately being responsible for successful launch, strategic oversight and management of our retail partners. As a connecting force, this position is designed to ensure Reward’s collaborative marketing programs meet the needs of and are being fully leveraged by the clients to ultimately, deliver and demonstrate return on investment.

If you are an autonomous, commercially driven and exceptionally organised, with experience of working in a high-growth, ambitious, retailer environments, then this could be the perfect fit for you.

This position will be central to the company’s continued international expansion, meaning there’s also plenty of career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing a retail partnership growth strategy that supports our mission
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Retail Partnership team and delivering on multi-million-pound revenues across all active regions
- Manage our pricing model to optimise partnership growth and financial sustainability whilst overseeing the programmatic activities of partnerships
- Lead the Retail Partnership team to develop new commercially beneficial proposals with our partners, and to train, advise, and support them on technology, program and content design, behaviour change strategies, and evaluation design and analysis
- Provide the Product team with feedback on retailer needs and requirements and working with colleagues in other business areas to ensure successful client management
- Conduct engaging presentations about our products and services, to existing retail clients to facilitate the portfolio growth for existing programmes
- Broker and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders and Partnership champions whilst building upon your existing and new relationships to expand in all active regions
- Spearhead and represent Reward around the world

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- At least five years working in senior management role, managing multi-million-pound budgets within the retail loyalty sector
- Ensuring successful servicing of global retail clients - KPI’s and SLA’s (working with other areas to ensure continuous service improvement)
- KPI and performance focused with a strong commercial awareness and experience of managing people and teams with a focus on profitability
- An effective and articulate communicator able to persuasively present concepts clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, adjusting style to audience
- Proven track record of conceiving, negotiating and delivering creative solutions
- Proficient in reviewing contracts through use of concise language and an acute attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude that values entrepreneurialism and results
- Confident and calm under pressure, adaptive to changes, with a positive can-do attitude, demonstrating resilience in navigating changes, objections and escalations
- Right to work and remain in the United Kingdom
