As a Customer Journey Communications Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the design of strategic, modern luxury communications across the end to end life cycles for the Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery brands.

You will bring your passion for our clients and our brands to this role as you help define client touch points, develop our strategic and holistic in life proposition, future direction, and deliver consistent, seamless communications across multiple channels.

This role would suit someone with a marketing strategy and campaign activation background, who puts the customer at the heart of every touchpoint. This role will be key in supporting the inception and delivery of client communications which will complement our Client Experience Framework and enable our business to deliver a personalised client experience.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Supporting the implementation of the Global Contact Strategy, ensuring alignment to the Client Experience Framework
- Support the delivery of global strategic communications programmes across the full end to end client life cycle
- Work with the Global and Regional Marketing teams to develop and deliver content which supports the activation of strategic programmes
- Support in the roll out of global strategic programmes across markets driving consistency of messaging and implementation of best practice campaign activation
- Support in identifying communications needed to enable the Customer Journeys developed for the product delivery squads within the Customer Experience Centre Of Excellence
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders through regular input and communications

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Great communicator with strong inter-personal skills, capable of completing complex topics in clear simple language
- 2+ years experience working in CRM or campaign strategy
- 2+ years experience of marketing campaign activation via multiple channels
- Understanding of the importance of data as an enabler to personalised customer journeys
- Previous experience of mapping customer journeys and enhancing/rationalising touch-points
- Understanding and experience of using multiple channels to maintain a consistent 1-2-1 messaging
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of SalesForce Marketing Cloud Studios and its capabilities
- Experience of working Agile / in an Agile environment
- Experience with managing agencies
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
