Overview:
As a Global Product Assistant for Gift, you will be supporting the product development team in the management and administration of gifting ranges, across our biggest brands No7 and Soap and Glory.

Reporting to the No7 Product Manager and supporting across both brands, there will be great opportunities to gain product development experience, developing one-off gifting projects.

You’ll provide administrative support to the team, be the key coordination point for all stakeholders, and build strong relationships across the business ensuring proactive support and as required. Your ability to manage multiple workstreams will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within our matrix organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking ownership of all administrative duties required in the development of our ranges (Including GPS, new line set up, attribute forms, STEP/ SAP data set up and raising PO’s)
- Leading the tracking of all supplier development samples, organisation of all sampling requirements/ mock ups for gift guide, marketing shoots etc.
- Supporting on artwork and approvals for our gift offering.
- Supporting on data gathering and analysis with competitor reports / trend reports and some financial reporting
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks, as required, to deliver the end-to-end product development process for our brands from concept creation through to ensuring the on time, and on budget delivery of our ranges. You will share best practice through matrix working.

What you’ll need to have:

- Passion for data and thrive in providing administrative support
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, tasks and deadlines.
- Flexible, proactive, and driven with excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship builder who can work collaboratively work with others
- You will have strong computer skills, and knowledge/ understanding of systems like SAP would be advantageous
