About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at Michael Page Procurement & Supply Chain. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the Gift Card category, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gift Card Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of gift card systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration across in-store, online, and gift mall channels.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with external suppliers, internal teams, and 3rd party partners to drive B2C, B2B, and gift mall sales.
  • Category Leadership: Lead and deliver Gift Guide pages, supply/allocation processes, and PO management to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with managers to develop and execute sales, strategy, and innovation plans within the category.
  • Communication: Provide high-level communication at all levels, ensuring effective internal and external relationships.
Requirements
  • Expertise: Proven experience in category or client relationship roles, with a strong understanding of the Gift Card industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or supply chain management.
