Job Title: Telesales

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales to join our dynamic solar company. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our solar products and services, and booking appointments with potential customers. Your excellent communication and persuasive skills will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our company's growth in the renewable energy industry.

Base Salary £26,000.00-£31,200.00 per year plus commission.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, introducing them to our solar products and services.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs and explain how our solar solutions can benefit them.

Effectively articulate the value proposition of our solar products, highlighting cost-saving benefits, environmental advantages, and potential incentives.

Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and use persuasive techniques to encourage customer interest and set up appointments.

Book qualified appointments for our solar consultants to conduct in-home or virtual consultations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and follow up on marketing campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for potential customers throughout the lead qualification process.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or outbound call center roles is preferred.

Knowledge of solar energy products and services, as well as the renewable energy industry, is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and convert leads into appointments.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress.

Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.

Flexibility to adapt to changing processes, strategies, and market trends.

2 Years experience in sales or related fields is advantageous.

A commitment to environmentally sustainable practices and a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions is desirable.

Pay: £26,000.00-£31,200.00 per year
