Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Advisor to join our team at Platform Recruitment. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for qualifying and responding to leads, ensuring all generated leads are thoroughly qualified before being closed or passed on, answering inbound enquiries from the website, managing the existing sales pipeline, and feeding into the development of sales processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Qualifying and responding to leads and ready them for BDMs to close or pass onto Approved Installers.
  • Ensuring all generated leads are thoroughly qualified before being closed or won/lost.
  • Answering inbound enquiries from the website.
  • Managing the existing sales pipeline.
  • Feeding into the development of sales processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience within a Telesales type role.
  • Candidates with academic credentials in science or math's at A-level or higher are desirable given the nature of the product.
  • Prior B2B/B2C sales experience is beneficial.
  • Confidence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in using a CRM system or the Google suite of tools.
