We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Magnitude Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling, working closely with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing campaign follow-up: Follow up on all marketing campaigns to qualify leads in an effective manner.
  • Joint opportunity generation: Generate joint opportunities for both businesses by working with reseller partners.
  • Target list profiling: Profiling a dedicated target list to generate opportunities in those accounts.
  • Cold calling: Cold calling with a professional telephone manner.
  • Sales pitch articulation: Articulate and promote the business and its key services.
  • Meeting coordination: Articulate a sales pitch effectively, securing meetings for the wider business to promote my clients technology.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Diligence and quick thinking: Be diligent, quick thinking, and eager to learn about IT and sectorial issues.
  • Team player: Be a confident team player, with the motivation to work individually as required.
  • Communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - with the capability to network.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and Internet.
  • Telesales experience: Have proven experience in telesales/lead generation with experience of meeting targets.
  • Negotiation skills: Be a skilled negotiator.
  • Organizational skills: Be organised, able to work to tight deadlines, and able to coordinate diaries with excellent attention to detail.
  • Future career growth: Be willing and driven to move into a sales role in the future where you will be responsible for a sales target.
