Our client located in Skelmersdale, are a global leader within the engineering industry who are committed to providing advanced materials to a variety of sectors and they’re looking for a professional HR individual to join their growing team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a HR Officer will include:

- Completion of all administrative HR processes
- Supporting other departments with recruitment related duties
- Coordination of all HR processes, ensuring these are implemented and onboarded correctly.
- Supporting and managing short term and long-term absences
- Liaise with the payroll team, ensuring all enquires and changes are processed in a timely manner.
- Previous HR experience
- The ability to work within a fact paced ever changing environment.
- The ability to multitask, ensuring deadlines are met whilst juggling multiple tasks.
- A minimum of Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent) qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills in all areas
- A good understanding and knowledge of UK employment legislation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Licence/Certification:
