Spire Hull Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Governance Administrator to join their Clinical Governance Team.

- As our new Governance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting administration of internal quality systems and processes in order to support the maintenance of all external accreditations. _
- You will also be supporting the Clinical Governance Lead in the distribution and liaison arrangements for information, including data input/cleansing analysis, draft presentations and reports in order to support the administration of the clinical governance framework. _

**_This is a full time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week and the hours will be worked Monday to Friday for example _**_between 8:30am and 4:30pm. _**
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Support governance administrative functions and processes within the hospital
- Draft reports from a range of databases and collate presentations
- Quality control of documents and local policies
- Monitor incidents/ adverse events, investigations and Root Cause Analysis action plans
**Who we're looking for**:
- Strong and high level of administration skills
- Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft excel
- Minute taker to a high standard
- Able to use a range of different systems, monitor trackers, action logs
- Previous governance experience (desirable)
- Healthcare experience (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, plan ahead and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Prepare and draft reports and presentations
- Excellent attention to detail - monitor various different trackers and action plans
- Proactive, a supportive team player with excellent customer service ethic and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative with diplomacy, confidentiality and tact.
