**Reporting to: Office Manager**
AGK Partners is an accountancy firm located in North London. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Co-ordinator to join our admin department. The Administration Department are required to work with everyone within the business and external clients to ensure all duties are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. The Administration Department is a core part of the business and so applicants should be able to manage and deal with conflicting deadlines and be able to manage their workload without supervision. The Administrative Co-Ordinator will be overseeing 2-3 Administrative Assistants and interacting regularly with the Office Manager and Head of Operations to ensure a smooth and effective running of this department.
**Job Role**
- You will be first point of contact for clients and will answer queries and must demonstrate a positive attitude when greeting clients, face to face and on the phone.
- Consistent reviewing of administrative tasks and developing ideas on how to improve them.
- You will inform clients of important correspondence from including, but not limited to; HMRC and Companies House.
- Responsible for the administration of all client documents, scanning and allocating to specific clients’ files using IRIS.
- Completing some standard documents required for HMRC and drafting letters on behalf of clients confirming trading addresses, shareholding etc - onsite training will be provided for this.
- Dealing with the notarisation and legalisation of various company documents.
- Facilitate communication with other departments.
- Preparing the boardroom for meetings and making refreshments for guests, coffees, teas etc.
- Various office duties to include office upkeep, ordering stationery and provisions, arranging for obsolete records to be shredded via third party company.
- Previous managerial experience is preferred.
- Whilst not required, previous experience in a practice setting is preferred.
- Salary is 26k+ depending on experience.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as manage your own workload with little supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, working towards set deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in decision making.
