This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in Basingstoke, Hampshire).

**What is the role?**
- Design and develop creative content for all digital channels, including but not limited to, website, social media, web apps, vector graphics for animation.
- Design print/physical materials for merchandise, events and trade shows.
- Design special feature/landing web pages and hubs as required.
- Curate, evolve and ensure adherence to our brand guide, developing a consistent brand identity.
- Work together with the marketing team on a daily basis to support customer engagement activities.
- Work together with the development team to ensure website and web app designs are implemented as envisaged.
- Work together with company co-founders to develop the brand and deliver ad-hoc design and creative requirements.
- Liaise with external printers/suppliers to ensure accurate reproduction of print designs.

**What do you need?**
- Ability to use design and creative to convey a story or message, rather than simply creating artwork.
- Ability to explain the logic/reasoning behind design choices; ability to present a design and guide stakeholders through the rationale behind it.
- Confident personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills; with the ability to develop, rationalise and present ideas.
- Excellent understanding of design, with a very strong eye for detail.
- A clear, solid understanding of UX principles is highly advantageous.
- Must be highly skilled in the use of graphics software, particularly Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (CC), as well as macOS software.
- Degree educated in relevant discipline.
- Diligent, hardworking & organised - flexible approach to instruction with an ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- A team player with strong collaborative relationship skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
