**Interim Internal Recruiter**

3 Month Fixed Term Contract Initially

Hybrid (3 days per week in Walsall office typically)

**Salary to 30k pro rata**

**The role**:
A brand-new role for a fixed term of 3 months initially for an experienced recruiter who’s pretty much immediately available to help us with a couple of things.

It's a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to move from agency to in-house, or who has in-house experience already but has a background in sourcing relatively difficult-to-fill roles. This isn’t an in-house “post and pray” role so you’ll need to be able to show you’ve got the skills to find the right people for the roles via any means necessary

You’ll be joining a Recruitment team of 4, spread across our group and an embedded HR team of 3 within the business areas so you’ll get some great relationships from day 1 to help you get to know the businesses we support. You’ll get extensive training on our business, the roles that we recruit and how to hit the ground running, including a handover with the current team. We’ll give you every bit of support you need to be a huge success.

**What you’ll need**:

- Be available for a mid-February start
- Experience managing end-to-end “blue-collar” recruitment
- Experience of sourcing as a skill set
- Experience of setting up a desk from scratch or building an in-house delivery capability for new skill-sets
- Excellent Client/Hiring Manager relationship management ability
